Seit vielen Jahren bin ich auf und hinter der Bühne vertraut mit dem Besondern, was darstellende Kunst kann und was es dafür braucht.
Ich schätze den Moment, wenn Ideen, nach einem schöpferischen Prozess, durch die Begegnung mit Publikum lebendig werden, Resonanz erhalten, Menschen zusammenbringen, uns mischen, uns zum Diskurs, zur Auseinandersetzung und zum Vergnügen verleiten.
Mit meiner Arbeit möchte ich einen Teil beitragen, das Ideen für Produktionen, Formate, Festivals, Gastspiele usw. Wirklichkeit werden.
For many years, on and off stage, I have been familiar with what is unique about performing arts and what it needs to make it happen.
I appreciate the moment when ideas, after a creative process, come to life through the meeting with an audience, receive resonance, bring people together, mix, tempt us to discourse, confront and have fun.
With my work I would like to contribute to the realization of ideas for productions, formats, festivals, guest performances, etc. become reality.
Als Produzentin unterstütze ich künstlerische, kreative Ideen auf ihrem Weg der Umsetzung und unterstütze Veranstalter:innen mit Kontakten zu Künstler:innen und Kreativen.
As a producer I support artistic, creative ideas on their way to realization and support organizers with contacts to artists and creative professionals.

Dabei kann ich Kenntnisse zu verschiedenen Arbeitsmethoden anbieten. U.a. bin ich vertraut mit den Methoden des Design Thinking.
Ich bin durch meine Erfahrungen spezialisiert auf die darstellenden Künste und die oben benannten Tätigkeiten. Gleichzeitig weiß ich, dass sich Prinzipien auch auf weitere Künste oder Branchen übertragen lassen und weiß, dass ich mir schnell Fähigkeiten für neue Aufgaben aneignen kann.
In doing so, I can offer knowledge of various working methods. Among other things, I am familiar with the methods of design thinking.
Through my experience I am specialized in the performing arts and the above mentioned activities. At the same time, I know that principles can be transferred to other arts or branches and I expierenced that I can quickly acquire skills for new tasks.

Wiebke Bickhardt
Wiebke Bickhardt geboren 1991 studierte an der Palucca Hochschule für Tanz. Nach ihrem Abschluss 2011 bekam sie mehrere Gastengagements, u.a. am Theater Zittau. Zusätzlich arbeitete sie in Dresden und Umgebung als freischaffende Tänzerin. 2013 bis 2022 arbeite sie als Tänzerin, Choreografin und erst zunehmend und später ausschließlich als Geschäftsführerin der mitgegründeten JuWie Dance Company. Sie professionalisierte sich als freie Produzentin und war als solche tätig für u.a. Yaron Shamir, Wiete Sommer, Seraphine Detscher, Natalie Wagner, Stefan Menzel und Tobias Weikamp.
2017 bis 2020 war sie Projektmitarbeiterin an der Palucca Hochschule für Tanz. Gegenwärtig ist sie in Teilzeit Mitarbeiterin des Landesverbandes für Kultur- und Kreativwirtschaft Sachsen e.V. und wirkt im Bereich der Geschäftsstelle mit.
2021 erhielt sie das Stipendium der Kulturstiftung des Freistaates Sachsen mit einer Recherche zu den Bedarfen für junges Publikum als Rezipienten von Tanztheater.
(Diese Maßnahme wird mitfinanziert durch Steuermittel auf der Grundlage des vom Sächsischen Landtag beschlossenen Haushaltes.)
Wiebke Bickhardt was born in 1991 and studied at the Palucca Academy of Dance. After graduating in 2011, she received several guest engagements, including at the Theater Zittau. In addition, she worked as a freelance dancer in Dresden and the surrounding area. 2013 to 2022 she worked as a dancer, choreographer and first increasingly and later exclusively as the managing director of the co-founded JuWie Dance Company. She professionalized as a freelance producer and worked as such for Yaron Shamir, Wiete Sommer, Seraphine Detscher, Natalie Wagner, Stefan Menzel and Tobias Weikamp, among others.
From 2017 to 2020, she was a project assistant at Palucca University of Dance. Currently, she is a part-time employee of the Landesverband für Kultur- und Kreativwirtschaft Sachsen e.V. and is involved in the administrative office.
In 2021, she received a grant from the Cultural Foundation of the Free State of Saxony with research on the needs for young audiences as recipients of dance theater.
(This measure is co-financed by tax funds on the basis of the budget passed by the Saxon state parliament).
